Pure Music is still open are operating relatively normally at this point in time.
We and those at our suppliers are following advice and working from home if possible. The production at the factories and printers is mostly automated and staff are able to continue working safely.
Normal turnaround times from approval of master and artwork are in place. However if we get a disruption in our supply chain that could change things very quickly. We would be surprised if we did not experience at least some minor disruption over the coming weeks. So we are advising clients to build in some flexibility into the schedules.
Although our phone lines are switched to the cloud it is not always possible to answer phone calls and our working hours do vary from day to day. The best way to contact us is by using the form on this page. We should be able reply or call back the same working day.

We are experiencing some extra delays due to Brexit and additional Covid 19 checks at the ports. We are advising clients to build in as much flexibility as possible, as the delays are affecting all sectors we are unable to give firm delivery dates.
