DVD Replication in Amaray Box

The industry standard packaging for a DVD is the Amaray Case, which are usually black or clear and are used for all kinds of releases, being favoured by manufacturers, distributors and retail outlets alike.

DVD Amaray boxes offer excellent protection for the disc and come with a Full Colour wrap around insert that fits in the clear pocket that surrounds the case. The usual format for a insert is the DVD front cover and rear cover that contains details of the program and the barcode along with the required credits and specifications.

These DVD inserts can also be printed full colour both sides for use with a fully clear DVD Amaray Case. Furthermore there is an option to place a booklet on the inside of the case. DVD booklets can be 4, 6, 8 or 12 pages depending on the amount of information or design elements required.

Our Package Rates

All of the above DVD package prices are for what we refer to as “shop ready” DVD product. What this means is that the job will be delivered retail ready with the cases and print fully packaged, the inlay with a barcode (if required, but recommended) and over-wrapped /cellophane wrapped.

We only manufacture DVD’s pressed from stampers made using the glass mastering process, we do not duplicate DVD’s on recordable discs. All masters go through a thorough inspection prior to glass mastering to ensure the data is not corrupted.

The prices above are for DVD5 discs with a maximum capacity of 4.7 GIG, we can also supply DVD9 discs with a capacity of 8.5 Gig.

The above DVD prices are for supply in a black DVD boxes, we can also provide clear cases at additional cost.

Our standard DVD Inlay is printed full one side only, if you require a clear case with full colour print both sides lease contact us for prices.

All of our DVD booklets are printed full colour on all pages. All printing is off-set litho CMYK print, using computer to plate technology for the best possible registration. We can also print Spot / PANTONE colours on the paper parts at additional cost.

Paper type. All 4, 6, 8 & 12 page DVD booklets and inlays are printed on 150g  gloss paper as standard

Additional DVD Booklet Pages. We can print DVD booklets up to a maximum of 36 pages. We also provide longer folding & poster style booklets.

Our package prices include provision of an EAN13 barcode. The barcode is printed on the rear inlay, it’s entirely up to you where the barcode is printed on the inlay.

Please leave a space of approximately 15 x 30mm on your artwork for us to drop the barcode into. It would help if you placed some text in this area saying “BARCODE”.

All DVD cases are supplied Over-wrapped / Cellophane wrapped as standard. If you do not want the cases wrapped please make this clear on your order.

All prices include delivery to 1 UK mainland address, if you require delivery to multiple addresses please add £ 25.00 + VAT per extra delivery address regardless of quantity. Please contact us for prices for delivery to any non mainland UK addresses. We can also deliver internationally, prices available on request.
